All furniture sold through our website is made exclusively from natural wood. Due to the unique characteristics of natural wood, products may have slight variations in color, grain, and texture. These natural imperfections are not defects but features that make each item unique.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or errors in product or pricing information.                                       For any order exceeding £10,000, a 50% deposit is required before processing begins.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EGP and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash on delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all Egypt.
All products are made to order and delivered within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary based on location, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery includes transportation to the customer’s address; it does not include installation unless specified.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund if payment occurred.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

7. Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper care, or natural wear and tear.

8. Product Care

As our furniture is made from natural wood, care instructions must be followed to maintain the quality and longevity of the product.
Avoid direct sunlight, excessive moisture, and the use of harsh cleaning agents.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of Moka Homes and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moka Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
