Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund if payment occurred.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
